HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Select the item/s, make sure you add any personalization details needed in the Personalization text box shown. Add them to your cart. Once you pay, your order has been placed. We will then start working on it.
HOW DO I ADD PERSONALIZATION DETAILS TO MY ORDER?
Personalization details can be added in the text box provided in the relevant product pages. If you do miss any information, please Contact Us. Please DO NOT forget to mention your order number.
CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM CHANGES WHICH ARE NOT SHOWN OR LISTED TO AN ITEM?
Yes as long as it is possible within our bounds any custom changes can be made. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or drop us a note on our Contact Us page. But please note that any customization which requires extra work to be done will incur additional charges.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once payment is received an order is considered confirm. But we understand that things happen. Please contact us and we will gladly help you if your order hasn't started processing yet.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
To ensure safe and timely delivery of your order, we only use shipping via trackable courier. Shipping charges will be calculated in your cart based on your items.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
